Privacy policy
Main Street Ads is operated by Acceleration Enterprises LLC. This policy explains what happens when you request our Agency Audit Sheet.
What we collect
Audit sheet request: your first name, email address, whether you chose to receive occasional tips, the request time and the version of the wording you saw.
Quick Audit: if you complete it, we store your answers, business name, business type, full name, email, the summary shown to you, and whether you chose to receive tips. If you answer that the audit doesn’t fit your business, we don’t ask for or store your contact details.
Optional call request: if you ask for a call, we store your phone number, your permission for Main Street Ads to call it about your audit and possible next steps, and when you gave it. We don’t send text messages or automated calls.
If present in the page address, we also store campaign information (UTM parameters) and Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) to understand which advertising brought you here.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide the Agency Audit Sheet, keep your quick audit record, follow up on a call only if you requested one, and send occasional tips only if you opted in. Downloading the sheet does not require agreeing to tips. No email automation is currently configured; submitting a form does not send an email, and a call request does not book a time.
How it is stored and protected
Signups are stored in Lovable Cloud, our hosting and data storage service. Contact information is not publicly readable. Access is limited to authorized business operations and our service providers as needed to operate the page. We do not sell your contact data.
To reduce spam, we use a hidden form field and submission limits. Temporary rate-limit records use a hash of your network address (when available) and email address rather than storing the raw network address. They are removed when later submissions find them more than a day old.
Cookies, advertising, and third-party links
Meta advertising measurement is optional and off unless you accept it. The page asks for your choice first. Until you accept, no Meta Pixel or other advertising tags are loaded and nothing is sent to Meta. We don’t use Google tags.
Only if you accept will we load the Meta Pixel and, when you request the sheet, complete the quick audit or request a call, send that event to Meta (Facebook and Instagram’s parent company), from your browser and directly from our server, to measure and improve our ads, including showing ads to people who visited. With your acceptance, that can include a one-way coded (hashed) version of your email or phone number, your browser and network details, and Meta’s cookie identifiers. We never send your quiz answers, business name or free-text details. Declining doesn’t affect the download or the quick audit, and you can change your choice anytime through “Ad preferences” in the footer. We keep a record of the choice and wording version with your request.
This advertising choice is separate from the optional tips opt-in and from permission to call you. If a dataLayer has already been provided by the hosting environment, the page can signal non-personal event names (such as a saved request or completed audit) without your contact details or answers.
The consultation button opens a LeadConnector booking page; the community link opens the free Main Street Ads community on Skool. Information you provide there is subject to that service’s privacy practices. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive standard connection information such as your network address.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of your consent by emailing support@accelerationenterprises.com. Any future tips will include an unsubscribe option. We keep signup information for the purposes described here until it is no longer needed or you request deletion, except where legally required.
